- Representing start-up ventures from inception including the negotiation and drafting of operating agreements or other applicable organizational documents and offering memorandums, subscription agreements or other documents to help with capitalization of the venture
- Representing a real estate investment and development company, which owns a portfolio of retail, multi-family and office projects throughout the United States and the negotiation and drafting of any agreements related to those projects
- Representing lenders and borrowers in negotiating and documenting credit transactions ranging from standard mortgage loan transactions to open lines of credit secured by inventory, receivables and other assets
- Representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, and purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and other disposition of real property
- Advising business owners with respect to general business matters such as entity selection, capitalization recommendations, employment issues, collection issues and overall litigation strategies
